I’m asking for my ocs as for splintered skies

to be exact the maniac emulator, I am just wanting to try and get something like tomodachi life cause my friends talk about it a bunch, I don’t have much experience with things like this so is there somewhere that I get it from or like a download or something? if I can get a link to where to do it thank you to whoever can help
