Hey everyone — I’m an author working on a book and I’m looking for someone with solid surfing experience who’d be open to helping me with a few details for realism.

I grew up splitting my time between La Jolla and Idaho, so I didn’t get to surf as much as I wanted. The little experience I did have was mostly thanks to friends, so I’m hoping to get some insight from people who really know the culture, habits, and small details that make surfing feel authentic and help with an Aussie accent one of the MC will be from the Gold Coast.
