does someone know all meaning of 로?

I saw a sentence: 큰 소리로 전화하지 마세요. and now I'm interesting in all grammatical meaning that 로 carries.

I know it can be used with transport, meaning method of transportation. and know that we can use it like a method of using something, like eating foor with chopsticks will 밥을 젓가락로 먹어요

future forms of grammar (으)러 가다/오다, (으)려고 하다, (으)려고

these three grammars already have a meaning of doing something/go somewhere to do something, like with purpose and intent to do so in the future, right? or.. we still can use future forms to these grammars? I just don't understand, cause once my teacher said that those grammar already has meaning of future activity, but in Internet I see that we can use future forms for them. I'm so confused
