im on island 4 and cannot find the generator at all. doesn’t help that there is only 1 town with 6 garages. Should I move onto island 5 and look around there?
Currently i have a car so driving around isn’t too hard but its getting tedious

Hi. So I had a big under-skin bump on my lower cheek since 3 days ago, and now it’s looking kind of red. When I pinch the bump, I can see hints of white under the skin (is it pus?) I am currently putting on some peroxide cream.
What I would like to know is whether this is the type where I can just leave it. If it isn’t severe, I’ll just let it heal while I continue with the peroxide.
