Need some advice on starting work . Help
So I went to an electrical school for about 6-7 months and after school I got hired by this company that is a private contractor that is sponsored by the IBEW so it would be a 5 year apprenticeship. But here’s my dilemma the company wants me to work at the warehouse for 18 months before I can actually start my apprenticeship for minimum wage. And when I tell you it is hard labor and slave work I mean it and also my boss is very bi polar so pretty much my mood depends is based upon if he’s in a good mood or not. Sorry but I really am not sure what to do because I went to school to become an electrician not be a warehouse worker for 2 years.
I would really like some advice because I was ready to start my journey but it looks like I am doing this ?? What would everyone else do. ??
