Hi! I’m a newly licensed pharmacist and I just want to ask—does the board exam (BE) rating really matter when applying for work?

Especially in:
• Community pharmacy (like retail chains)
• Hospital setting

Do employers usually look at your BE rating, or do they focus more on experience, internship performance, and skills?
