I'm purchasing my first Strandberg guitar and have two options. I'm either going with a 2nd hand Alex Machacek or the new N2 standard. Both are in the same price range. The Alex Machacek guitar was of course the more expensive guitar but the N2 has the advantage of being newer and having the better saddle which is supposedly easier when setting up the guitar. It probably comes down to the pickups which are of course different when it comes to the configuration. I don't really know what I'm looking for tbh, I like to play a wide range of genres. I can test out the Machacek but if I want to test out the N2 i have to buy and then return when needed. I'm just curious what you guys would do for whatever reason. Trying to gather as much information as possible from people who played both or only one of them. Appreciate your time.
