I unfortunately forgot to prebook Sagrada Família tickets. Luckily when I visited the Barcelona Cathedral, there was a visitor centre/ tourist information office. They hold some tickets for the sagrada at the same price as buying online (not a whole lot, so your group might have to break up into different time slots). For context I was able to on Tuesday, buy 6 tickets for the Thursday. Just FYI in case anyone is looking for last minute tickets - i suspect some of the other official tourist information centres might hold tickets too
