I just got the Q45 headphones and was really excited because these are my first Soundcore headphones, “I usually use Skullcandy”. At first, the bass wasn’t what I was used to, but the sound quality and ANC were amazing.
What’s making me regret buying them is the godforsaken app. It worked perfectly at first; changing the EQ and customizing everything was great. But after reopening the app, it suddenly refused to connect to my headphones no matter what I tried. I’ve reinstalled the app, reset the headphones multiple times, restarted my phone… nothing works.
Now I’m just frustrated and honestly hate this app. The headphones themselves are comfortable, though they do get a little hot after a while.
