Today is my move in day (May 1st) and I have been in contact with my property manager, as has my partner. Our PM told me that the property did not pass the CCO, but told my partner that it had. Doing a quick outside look around the house I saw that the back door was sealed shut (See pictures!!) The front storm door does not latch closed, The garage has access to the back yard, and the back door is sealed shut. Seems like a massive fire hazard to me. Does this really seem like something that could possibly pass a cco?
