Im recently in property law but a five week wait seems stupid and pointless
Lets say you lose your job no fault of your own, if your rent is 1,000 they wont cover that im really shocked people seem to think you can just "move" not if your stuck in a tencany contract.
I dont blame the landlords on this one.
Ive spoken to alot cilents simply can barley afford to pay there rent while paying 780 or 800 with no fault of there own to avoid alot hassle.
It seems to be problematic when renting. alot landlords we spoke too cant raise rents due too uc not paying tenants enough so the goverment is to blame here.
I work in property law, uc is really shocking goverment sems to think its the 70s lha rates clearly dont repersent reallity.
