It is because in Indian teacher they use the explanation of a topic in more than one language for example I attended one lecture my medium is English and my all books are in English . So for lecture firstly teacher read the paragraph pr defination and then translate it in hindi or much more slower . That took more than 2 hr when on 2x while mean I didn't understand it completely . Then I attended a foreign high school lecture through which I completed it in 1.5 hr with graphs and many approaches. Through which I finished the topic
