I just interviewed with another public accounting firm for a senior tax associate role and was told that that levels bill rates is around $125/hr.
At my current role as a senior associate, my rate is $295/hr.
Both my current role and the one I interviewed for are in LCOL areas. Both firms are top 200 firms.
This got me curious. Is mine super high, or does this other firm just have super low rates?
