i’ve seen it in btd 4 ios, btd 3 ios, and a random unrelated youtube video

had this since 2020 and last saw it around 2021-2022. no idea where it is but if i can’t find it in my house i will try to find a listing of the same plush or make my own. it isn’t hal or any of the other characters, so i have no idea what character this is. may be an OC or something.
