Help! I need food / recipe ideas . I am struggling to get enough calories since my diet is so restrictive. This is causing me to have other issues.
I am getting really sick and tired of oatmeal for breakfast and chicken and rice and veggies for lunch/supper...
My diet is low histamine, no soy, gluten-free, allergic to buckwheat, and minimal dairy. I also don't eat seafood.
Any recommendations are welcome!
