Me and my brother did our ancestry dna and we got out matches through. We know that our grandfather died in a tragic accident when he was young and my dad was 2. All our other family link to the people we thought they would. All families from Yorkshire, England. However my grandfather doesn’t link to the family we were told he was from. None of his mother or his father comes through in any of our matches. Instead I have a 130 cm match to a lady from Yorkshire along with smaller matches from the same family and my brother links 140 cm to an American lady along with smaller matches from America. We both have smaller matches from these two families. Could my grandfather have been given up for adoption? It would have been 1923 northern England. I doubt my grandmother had an affair because these 130 cm and 140 cm are too small for it to be that close. Anyone solved a mystery like this before?
