Is chisa's sig more important than hiyuki's?

I know hiyuki is good on EOG. I have the new standard broadblade on chisa till now will it do the job. And if chisa's sig does matter by how much does it matter? Does anyone know the calcs or the runs of this team without chisa's sig?
