Hi All, as a FHB with 95% LVR, what interest rate are you guys sitting at? I am at 6.19% interest rate after the recent hike with Great Southern Bank.

People generally talk about buying or not buying but I dont get one thing, if you are currently on rental, how long are you planning to stay on it? Rent will keep on increasing. If you fix your mortgage then it will stay the same for long 30 years. Prices of houses will hardly fall 1 to 2 percent as per past trends. A 1 mil house wont be 800k suddenly. Am I right or missing something?
