I would like to ask if I can apply for Student Visa, I do have disability, Complete Brachial Flexus Injury (Avulsion), in short, my left arm is paralyzed.

I know that hospitality and medical industry is not possible so I'm looking into IT or business program.

I'm a college undergraduate here in the Philippines.

Does anyone know or experience the same case as mine?
