NCL Food

What are your thoughts of the meals you have had on a NCL cruise. I recently got off my 4th cruise and was very disappointed with the food. For the most part it was all American food from the Sysco Wholesale system dressed up a little bit. Not much ethic food was offered. Fruits and vegetables were melons, bananas, apples, or prepared from frozen packaging. On past NCL cruises, I thought some ships made their own bread and other foods rather than the Sysco Wholesale foods. What are your experiences on what ships? I do avoid the buffets.
