So there is hotel name mahakaal vishram never book in their hotel service is pathethic.there is no water subsidy you have to climb down for drinking water.toilet is not cleaned and the staff are illiterate type they don't have knowledge about the website booking and blame each other for and charges extra on everything worst experience of my life Bonus tip:-if you visiting ujjain for first time and looking for hotel don't book the hotel by seeing online and give the advance payment either after reaching station you will find variety of hotel and can book by seeing room on real-time view
