Hi,

I am leaning towards signing Sedaghat for my case. They gave me a very good review; first pointed out my weaknesses and then asked for measurables to make them stronger. My case needs a good narrative because it's not research heavy and they seemed to cater well to that. However, the reviews on reddit are concerning me about their late responses and ghosting attitudes. Should I still go with them?

Hello,

I am confused whom to go for to file my EB2-NIW. Chen said that I should publish at least one more paper to get accepted by them however I don't have much time- it takes a year. My resume is strong. I work with homeless population and re-entering citizens (people out after incarceration of 30-50+ years). I also have a 4.0 from Penn State university in Clinical Psychology. I'm hoping to pursue PhD but I am just applying for now. I also have been employed for 7+ years after my undergraduate and I have one publication and 2 citations. Everyone keeps reviewing it as a strong case but no one has offered a refund.

EP evaluated it well and offered to take it on for 6K. However, I have read some very concerning reviews recently and my case is not template based- it's narrative and I want it to be treated that way. Do you have any suggestions for attorneys/law firms skilled in that area for NIW?
