Just wanted some advice- I completed FY2 in November 2025 and due to start specialty training in August 2026. I have done no clinical work during this period. Do I need an appraisal to cover this time for revalidation purposes later on?

Edit- I was also wondering that if you go on maternity leave how this impacts revalidation, would have 3 or 4 appraisals by revalidation time be an issue because of time out of training and maternity?
