Hi everyone, I’m a 5’0 girlie who is trying to loose weight while gaining muscle. I fluctuate between 127-131. It is driving me nuts! The scale literally just fluctuates these same 4 pounds back and forth. I cannot seem to get down below 127. For reference, I had been 110, went through a period of depression for 3/4 months and gained over 20 pounds! I started working out consistently 3 months ago and workout at least 5 days a week doing a combination of incline walking, hiit, weight lifting, and I recently started fitness classes. I’m eating in a deficit of 1400 calories. I tried eating at 1200 and literally felt like I was dying. How are my 5’0 girlies loosing weight!? How many calories are you eating and is there any workout routines that you recommend? I’m new to this as I’ve never ( until recently) carried extra weight and I feel very uncomfortable in my body.
