Hi everyone,

I had my Class 2 medical yesterday. Everything came out normal except my TSH levels. The doctor asked me to repeat the test, which I’ve already done, and I’ll be getting the report today by 6 PM.

Also, my BMI is 17.7, so I’m slightly underweight.

I’m a bit anxious and wanted to understand what usually happens in this situation:

If the repeat TSH comes within normal range, will I be cleared directly?

If it’s still slightly off, will I be declared medically unfit or just asked for further tests/evaluation?

Does my BMI (17.7) have any impact on the decision along with TSH?

Would really appreciate insights from anyone who has gone through something similar or knows how DGCA handles this.
