Im looking at a 93 z28 auto with 136k miles, person is asking 6500 gonna try and work down any advice. Would this be worth it

2007 IS250 has 117000 miles and is the 6 speed manual. looks clean all around, at a dealer near me for $7,700. Any advice on if its worth it or if i could try and get it down what price would be?

Found a 2006 xr its got 72k miles and very clean all around. Its the 5 speed manual and drives good. Dealer is asking 9k could maybe work down to 8.5k. Anyone have some advice on this who has a similar model?
