If long term career progression yung pag uusapan, which is better than the other if you could rank these fields ? All under AU companies/BPO. Willing to start at entry level also, tho wanting to pursue up to managerial level in the long run. For those na merong experience on these fields, what are your thoughts?

Context: nonCPA, 3 yrs external local audit experience

Hi! Anyone who shifted from Local external audit to AU Auditor? I know most AU clients prefer their accountants/auditors to have experience. NonCPA here. Any suggestions or recommendations if it is worth it to shift from external audit( I have 3 yrs experience- 2 yrs assoc, 1 yr supervisor) to AU Audit (will start as entry level through outsourcing/offshore companies).
