Hi everyone,
I'm using a Tecno Pova 7 4G and I'm having a strange issue with the latest 19MB Google Play System Update.
After downloading the update, my phone gets stuck in a "Reboot Loop" (the Tecno logo shows up, then the screen goes dark, then the logo appears again). Luckily, my phone eventually auto-restarts back to the home screen, but the update never actually installs I have already tried restarting 4 times, and the phone still do the same thing.
Now, even if I try to restart my phone normally using the power button, it still does that same logo/dark loop before finally booting up. It feels like the 19MB update is "stuck" in a pending state and tries to install every time I turn the phone on.
Is anyone else with a Pova 7 or other Tecno phones seeing this 19MB update loop?
Should I just wait for the software update to fix this?
