Just replaced my beehive as I had a good sized leak from my old one. I'm seeing a slow leak and some pooling right here, and am confused as to where it's coming from.

Do I need to pull the pedestal and check there? Appreciate any advice.

Planning to use epoxy and boat fiberglass to get to work on a custom fiberglass subwoofer enclosure in the back of a Nissan that will hold 2 15 inch subs angled at a 45 degree angle in this area.

Should I use this cardboard as shown? What general tips for my first project can you guys suggest? So far I have a couple layers of tape down here.
