Problème avec mon Beelink GTR9 Pro
Bonjour tous le monde, j'ai acheté un GTR9 pro en octobre et au bout de quelques semaines, j'ai commencé à avoir un problème au démarrage:
après de voir le logo de la marque et quand le pc se connecte à windows l'écran ne s'allume pas et je vois le message "no signal" pendant quelques secondes.
Et des fois l'écran se rallume au bout 30 à 60 secondes. J'ai contacté le service client et ils m'ont demandé de mettre à jour le BIOS et de faire une installation propre de windows, j'ai tout fait sans erreurs, mais le problème continue toujours !
à un moment je me suis dis bon pas de problème à chaque fois je vois le message no signal puis au bout d'une minute tout va fonctionner, donc ça des mois que je travaille comme ça.
sauf que là ça fait 2 jours quand je l'allume y a toujours le message mais l'écran ne s'allume jamais. Donc je suis obliger de forcer le redémarrage plusieurs fois pour réussir à allumer l'écran. Sachant que j'ai déjà essayé plusieurs câbles HDMI et des câbles USB-C même et c'est toujours pareil.
Je suis vraiment déçu car j'ai trop payé pour avoir cette belle machine et que quand tout fontionne bien c'est un vrai monstre.
Pouvez-vous m'aider pour que je puisse bien profiter de ma machine ?
Hello everyone, I bought a GTR9 pro in October and after a few weeks I started to have a problem at startup:

except that it's been 2 days when I turn it on always has the message but the screen never lights up. So I'm forced to force the restart several times to successfully turn the screen on. Knowing that I have already tried several HDMI cables and USB-C cables even and it is always the same.
I'm really disappointed because I paid too much to have this beautiful machine and when everything does well it's a real monster.
Can you help me so I can enjoy my machine?
