I purchased two Technogym Jog 700 second hand. Tested both machines before purchase and they worked. After delivery, one machine powered on but the monitor doesn’t display anything. The other machine begins boot up but stops at this screen - no init found. Any ideas how to troubleshoot or resolve?

Unfortunately Technogym has not responded to my request for support and local service technicians won’t service Technogym due to long lead times for parts and tariffs.
