Where do I go?
I’m tired chefs, since I was 8 I’ve loved to cook with my dad, at 18 I gave everything to learning how to functionally cook in a kitchen. Breakfast has been a thing for me for my life as a chef. I now run my own brunch program at my reputable restaurant. I need out of this industry in a similar career that’s less intensive while maintaining similar pay and I’m hoping to find someone who has found their way out and continues to cook for passion. I hope someone in a similar situation has been able to find a less leg/running type of job and can give tips on how to get there
Long story short I’m burnt, hurt, and developing plantar fasciitis to where I can barely walk after work, I want to find light work for good pay with the good mental skill set I have until college to get into better field I want
