Advise regards job ?
So my boss’s wife I don’t think she likes me personally?? I do a good job and my boss always praises me for it. Lately his wife has been talking bad about me at home and mind u he owns the business so he tells me when she’s there to make sure she sees me do work and he always defends me. I know she gets jealous ?? But I’m just in my 20s. I tried to be so nice to her but I think she doesn’t trust me or her husband because sometime we stay after work to finish stuff! I feel like me and my boss are close but appropriately we talk about life after work and drank a couple of times ! Why does she feel so threatened by me ?
Apparently she doesn’t like anybody at first but that’s not true she’s very nice to everybody else. I asked my boss why and he said it takes her time but I fear it’s just me?
