I am about buying a beauty supply store in Texas. I have negotiated the price and paid earnest money. I got approved for sba. I am supposed to start due diligence. I have asked seller for some documents but he is delaying to provide. I feel so lonely and afraid. I am scared and I am losing sleep. Is this normal? Can someone help me?
