Hey everyone — I've been working on a diabetes management app called GlucoseTrack and just launched it on the App Store.

It's free and does:

• Blood glucose logging with trend history and charts

• GLP-1 medication tracking (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound)

• Meal scanning to estimate carb impact

• Apple Health sync

• Reminders for meds and readings
