Here's my portfolio. how aggressively should I diversify?

Apple employee here with 61% of investment is in AAPL— More RSUs keep vesting, so the concentration only gets worse unless I actively sell.

Portfolio snapshot:

  • AAPL Stock Plan: 58.3%
  • Real Estate: 17.0%
  • Brokerage (VTI, MSFT, NVDA, META, MU, gold…): 16.8%
  • Bonds + Cash: ~5%

The brokerage is supposed to be diversification but it's nearly all tech too — so realistically ~69% of my NW is in one sector, zero international exposure.

My questions:

  1. How alarmed should I be at 61% single-stock? What's a realistic target %?
  2. How aggressively should I sell — steady drip each quarter, or rip the bandaid?
  3. Best place to redirect proceeds? Leaning VTI + VXUS + BND.
