This morning I went to apply for my test. When I logged in and selected view my goal it just continued to load for ages . I refreshed and logged in again a few times and still the same problem. I also tried on a different device and its the same issue . Is anyone else having this problem or any suggestions on how to fix it. Thanks

Im new to this page but I need any possible opinions or help
This is my current skin state . I suppose for some it may not look too bad but as someone who is quite self conscious I really dont like it. I've tried for the past year multiple different moisturisers creams other treatments etc. I have not yet reached out to medical treatment but I plan on that next
Additionaly im not sure if my skin is scared or is it fixable
