I was locked out of account. I’ve resent my password MULTIPLE times, cleared cache, tried a different browser, different devices. emailed support, sent a DM on instagram.

I got an email back from support and said I’d get a temp password, never did. Told me to do everything I’ve done like 8 times now. Really frustrating I can’t pick my ultimate product. Why am I spending nearly $80 on something I can’t even get access to? I keep getting taunting emails telling me to pick,wow wish I could! Why is support unable to just unlock my account for me?? Definitely considering cancelling if this isn’t resolved soon. (if I can even access my account by then!!!!!
