this is my first nanny job and i went through an agency. i get paid 19 for two kids in Jax FL. Jacksonville is huge and i have to drive quite far to get to their house. i have just been seeing what everyone else is getting paid and am just wondering. i go over to their house four times a week 8-12. Its not a lot of hours weekly but i wanted to know if my pay is fair.
