I'm almost 20 weeks and last week started breaking out with the odd spot on my face, which has now broken out into proper acne across my cheeks, nose and chin. I had acne when I was a teenager but have had clear skin for almost all my adult life (I'm now 34).

Yet elsewhere - hands, arms, chest - my skin is as dry as anything and itchy.

I know this is all likely down to hormones but its definitely getting me down a bit. I've got some stronger cream for the eczema on my body but don't know where to start with managing the acne on my face and what is safe while pregnant. Grateful for any tips from others if they have experienced something similar.
