I have a pull out trash can and there’s a little gap between the pieces of wood. After a few years, I’ve noticed a little bit of trash built up…and I have no idea how to get it out.

Any ideas on how I can remove trash from this tiny gap?

I’m 38. Healthy, in shape. Not a smoker. No other major health issues.

I had elevated LDL for a year or two, so I started Crestor 6 months ago, and my numbers have been perfect. I decided to start this after I had a Calcium Score of a 3.

I have heart burn/indigestion from time to time, and last night I had a burger and started feeling some slight pain and discomfort in my upper left chest area. I also had radiating paid in my left elbow + fingers.

This morning, I had a High Sensitivity Troponin T blood test (this is about 14 hours after symptoms started). I also went to the cardiologist who did a 10 lead EKG, and while my heart rate was elevated, the doctor said they didn’t see anything concerning for a heart attack.

It’s now been 24 hours and I still feel slight discomfort in my upper left chest area and left arm.

The Troponin T results should come in tomorrow…if that’s normal, is it safe to rule out a heart attack?

I’m concerned that I’m about to have a major heart attack or something. Can anyone provide clarity on my symptoms and how serious this sounds?
