This evening whilst walking my dog I was very nearly taken out by two hooligans riding some sort of electric motorcycle at very high speed. They then turned around and came back at me . By now I had my dog in a firm grip and used hand signals requesting them to slow down . They just laughed and accelerated past .
During my next outing I’ll be better prepared.
Those with kids or dogs be aware❗️
