Hi everyone!! New here, as I just got the results from my three hour glucose test and feel like I failed terribly 😭

Fasting - 88
1 hour- 205
2 hour - 215
3 hour - 147

Has anyone had similar numbers and been able to manage with diet successfully? Seeing a failing score for every number expect for fasting was devastating and just not sure what to expect. I’m just curious if anyone has had similar numbers and their experience so far or just what I should expect! I would really love to manage with diet if possible but with how high they are I’m not sure if that’s reasonable
