So I am the youngest employee and well as the only black employee in the last few months I have truly felt discriminated against.. here are my notes of a few incidents

April 23 2026
Supervisor and I had my weekly meeting regarding my work load and data entry project. She brought up my demeanor pertaining to clients and peers stating I seem unhappy in my role at company as well as stating I can be “negativity when conversing with clients” Lloyd was unable to give specific times where my behavior was inappropriate with clients. Regarding the claim of me being unhappy I reiterated diagnostics regarding my medical issues and new medication something I have openly shared at the office since beginning of employment.When brought up with my coworkers asking If I am ever rude or negative with clients or peers some stated that I am a very funny and kind person sometimes straightforward
April 30th
Supervisor and I had our weekly meeting again
Supervisor once again brought up my tone issue. Supervisor was still not able to give an example of my tone. When I asked if a client had being up this “issue” supervisor stated it was an issue brought up by management. I have asked multiple of my peers about the tone I give to out clients and peers and multiple have stated that I do not have a tone issue!
-I was told to be more like another coworker who happens to be Caucasian! Said Caucasian coworkers insult clients and disguise it as joke with no consequences!
-Owners swiftly change to harsher tones when speaking to me after conversing with Caucasian coworkers
**-Was written up on my birthday for having an appointment on my lunch in which I took my lunch earlier than usual.**supervisor stated I need to consider work when using sick time that it isn’t unusual or unreasonable for her to ask this of me
-When taking 10 minute break to mingle with peers owner was heard calling me out saying “I should be working why are they talking”
-Owner called me out loudly for mail that was in a previous employees Mailbox “Saying that I shouldn’t be scanning anything to ex ee” i explained that these aren’t new owner continued to call me out saying that they weren’t new believing that I was doing it on purpose until he looked at the date stamps
-last week I expressed how I felt expected to give 1,000,000%, but I’m compensated very little a.k.a. minimum wage and my supervisor told me that I knew what I would be getting paid when I was hired the week after I expressed my concern she gave me more work!
She has called me out in front of everyone about phone use “more work less phone“ but in our closed door meeting, she told me the owner said that I can bring my iPad to make collages when I have nothing to do
There’s a couple more instances where my supervisor had said some crazy out-of-pocket stuff to me, but these are the ones I have notes of am I crazy? I’ve spoken to a coworker and she says that the way they are treating me she has never seen them treat anyone else that way
is there something I should get a lawyer for and file a claim? Or would I be wasting my time?
