Hello! My hesc cultures keep dying and I can't figure out why. Every time I thaw a new vial they either don't adhere at all or they do adhere but they look awful (see images). I've tried changing the matrigel, dmem/f12, ROCKi, literally everything. Has anyone ever had this happen before or have any suggestions on why this is happening?
