Does anyone know what I can do? I bought 2 items from UKPlanet Tools in thr Uk. Both is still on the Redemption promotion where you can claim a free battery, however when I go on the redeem page I can't find my 2 items in product drop down section. I took screen shots of both. Items are M18BLLT-0 and M18FBLG3-0.
