Anyone with a Lenovo Yoga 7 2-in-1 14ILL10 (83JQ) on Windows? I need the file ishS_MEU_aligned.bin from C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\ishheciextensiontemplate.inf_amd64_*\FwImage\0003\ to get the accelerometer working on Linux.
