A group of friends and I get together every year for a canoe float somewhere in the US. We've done dozens of rivers around the continental US. Usually 2 nights, 3 days, but this time I think we are all just going to settle for a 1 day trip for various reasons. We are flying into anchorage. Can anyone recommend an outfitter that could put us on some river for maybe a 10 mile trip, and provide drop off / pickup? Not looking for anything that is likely to spill our beer, but class 1 rapids are fun for a little spice. We have a week and plan to travel, so it doesn't have to be right in the Anchorage vicinity.
