First time using lime scooter while in Rome and a weird situation happened with a "maintanance" man. Im putting maintanance in quotes because the dude didnt look anything like a worker, didnt show any proof he was a worker, didnt explain anything, as soon as I stopped, he just came over with an electric screwdriver, changed the registration number and tried to scan the qr code before I even got the chance to end my drive.

I had to fight the app bc it didnt let me end the ride (was in a no park area) and him as he aggresively tried to scan the code. Is this legit or was he a scammer?
