I submitted I-765, I-485 and I-130 07/14/2015 my case is marriage related and my biometrics was done 08/11/2025 recieved a rfe 08/02/2025 responded 08/09/2025 uscis responded saying they recieved my response 09/22/2025
It has been complete silence since still have been submitting unsolicited evidence I asked Emma in march what was happening they said my case was waiting for adjudication ok fine I checked api my I-765 and I-130 is the NBC and my I-485 is at my field office which is Memphis. I’m just praying for a breakthrough for my case and those in the same position as me we are going to get through this the last update I got on 05/03/2026 which wasn’t really an update was on my I-485 saying case is still processing… but I am still grateful because delayed not denied !!
